In a forest there lived a hare and a tortoise. As the name suggests, the hare is clever and agile and the tortoise is a bit slow. But both are good friends.
Once the rabbit wanted to make English Story a bet with the tortoise and so the rabbit said to the tortoise, let's make a bet between the two of us, whoever wins this bet will be the best. As planned, the turtle also says yes to the bet. The rabbit then tells the tortoise that whoever reaches the opposite hill first wins the race.
As planned, the next day there was a bet of tortoise and rabbit. The hare was quick The hare ran very fast in the beginning of the race and the tortoise was slowly trying to win the race. A little ran forward, and how he looked back at first, where he had not seen the turtles, and said, "One sleeps until the turtles reach me." So the rabbit stopped for a rest under a tree.
The tortoise slowly walked up to the English Story hare and the tortoise was the first to see the hare lying down to rest. The tortoise was slowly walking towards the hill with his slow steps. Just as the tortoise was about to reach the hill, the rabbit woke up. When the hare looked up, the tortoise was nowhere to be seen, and the hare ran towards the hill, and when he got there, he realized that the tortoise had won the race.
Thus the hare's agility prevailed over the tortoise's effort.
Meaning :- From this parable we realize that one should never underestimate anyone and success comes automatically after efforts.
