 English Story

 There lived a woman English Story named Shanti in a village. She was rich but alone. She had no one like her. She used to invite everyone in the village for food for some reason or the other to relieve her loneliness. As time progressed, Shanti's body began to tire. But there was never anything lacking in her diet. Finally, one day her end time came near. Yamaduta assumed human form and came to earth to bring peace.

At that time, the food queues were running as usual in Shanti's house. There was an atmosphere of happiness in all the houses. Yamadut also English Story joined the food queue and food. He told Shanti, "Your death is near and I have come to judge you."

Shanti said to him, "Don't you see! The atmosphere of happiness in my house will be completely spoiled."

Yamadut said, "I want to take a hundred people from here today. You hurry as I cannot wait much longer."

Shanti said, "You take those hundred people first, till then I will finish my work."

Yamadoo said, "The first name is yours. So I will take you first."

Shanti also gave control of food to Yamaduta. Yamaduta agreed with her and kept his notebook aside and busied himself with his meal.

Seeing that, Shanti took a chance and secretly took out her first written name and wrote it last. When Yamaduta finished his meal, he said to her, "I agree with you. I will take the other people first. I will now begin with the person whose name is written last."

When he looked at the notebook, Shanti's name was written at the end. Then Shanti immediately agreed to go with him.

No one can avoid what is written. No matter how much we try to preserve it, what will happen will happen.
